Energy Balancing is also offered at The Peace of Mind Center. Every "living" person and thing is sustained by "life force energy" or chi. When the balance of your body's energy vibration is off, disease on any level (mental, physical, emotional or spiritual) causes a blockage in the body's meridians, constricting the flow of energy. An energy worker can assist the person with the blockage by helping clear the channels or blockages in the body by moving energy with their hands. These sessions are usually very relaxing and uplifting, often increasing the energy levels of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.

The Infrared Sauna makes the same kind of rays as the sun but filters out the UV radiation leaving only infrared heat, which is absorbed into the skin.
