Karin O/Bannon have
over 30 years of yoga experience. She was first credentialed as a teacher of
yoga in 1974 by Maja Trigg. In 1982 she received teacher training from Swami
Sivananda Radha, a disciple of the famous Guru Swami Sivananda Rishikesh
India. Karin was also studies frequently with the Iyengar's for over 10
years and holds one of the highest levels of certification in the Iyengar
system. Karin works with students at all levels of yoga experience.
Please dress comfortable mats are provided if needed.
